Cefaclor Dry Suspension is usually used in children for respiratory tract infections, otitis media, and skin infections. Children should not be allergic to this medicine before taking it orally.
Cefaclor Dry Suspension in children for common infections is usually 20mg/kg a day in three divided doses of lukewarm water once every 8 hours. In severe infections it can be used up to 40mg/kg/day, up to a maximum of 1g per day.
Cefaclor dry suspension may cause adverse reactions such as rash, vomiting, and diarrhea. It should not be taken in large amounts for long periods of time. It needs to be administered under the supervision of a doctor to avoid causing unwanted side effects.
