Hematologic manifestations of true erythrocytosis

The routine blood manifestations of Erythropoietic Disease mainly include increased erythrocyte count, increased erythrocyte specific volume, elevated hemoglobin, and increased white blood cell count. 1. Increased erythrocyte count: the erythrocyte count of patients with this disease can be increased, usually up to (6-10) × 10^12/L. The erythrocyte count of patients with this disease can be increased. 2. Increased erythrocyte specific volume: the erythrocyte specific volume is increased in patients with this disease, and most of them can reach about 0.6-0.8. 3. Elevated hemoglobin: hemoglobin is elevated in patients with this disease, up to 170-240g/L. 4. Leukocytosis: In patients with Erythrocytosis, the leukocyte count is increased up to (10-30)×10^9/L, and there is usually a leftward shift of the nucleus. If the blood count of Erythrocytosis is present, it is recommended that the patient receive timely treatment to relieve symptoms and avoid thrombosis.
