The condition of water in the ear is related to the accumulation of water in the external auditory canal, the blockage of cerumen masses in the deep part of the ear canal, and the dysfunction of the Eustachian tube, as follows: 1) accumulation of water in the external auditory canal: the patient may have the condition of accumulation of water in the external auditory canal, which is often caused by the factor of water entering into the ear after shampooing, taking a bath, or swimming, and part of the patient may have the condition of narrowing of the external auditory canal, which may easily lead to the accumulation of water in the deep part of the ear canal that cannot be smoothly discharged or drained out. Some patients may have narrowed external ear canals, which may cause the water in the deep part of the ear canal not to be easily discharged or drained out. 2. Cerumen blockage in the deep part of the ear canal: Some patients may have cerumen blockage in the deep part of the ear canal, which may be easily absorbed by the cerumen and cause the ear to be obviously blocked and other discomforts. 3. Eustachian tube dysfunction: Some patients may have middle ear tympanic chamber effusion, which is mainly due to the factor of dysfunction of the Eustachian tube, and is often secondary to cold or respiratory infection. 4. Secondary to colds or respiratory tract infectious diseases, is due to a longer period of negative pressure in the middle ear caused by the situation.
