Unique non-surgical treatment for adenoid hypertrophy

After years of research, we have developed a conservative treatment for adenoid hypertrophy with excellent results, see the article “Unique non-surgical treatment for adenoid hypertrophy”. The method requires a special position for dropping medication, the specific position requirements are as follows: face up, lie flat on the bed, put a pillow under the shoulders, tilt the head as far back as possible, nostrils facing the sky, the best position is to tilt the head back at an angle of 45 degrees (the long axis of the head is at an angle with the ground plane). If the mouth is not bitter after dropping the medicine, it means that the body position is correct and the medicine has reached the adenoids, if the mouth is bitter after dropping the medicine, it means that the body position is incorrect, at this time the medicine flows into the mouth, because the medicine has not reached the adenoids, it is wasted, then we should readjust the body position, the pillow is a little higher, and the head is tilted back a little more. If you tilt your head back, you should not be perpendicular to the ground. If you are perpendicular, the medication will reach places other than the adenoids, and the effect will not be good. In addition, you should not talk, swallow, or eat while taking the drops, but try to stay calm. Talking and swallowing will cause the drug to flow into the oropharyngeal cavity outside the adenoids, and the effect will become worse. Regarding the amount of drops, the gold standard is generally about two bottles of drops per week (one bottle for three and a half days), or at least one and a half bottles a week, three times a day (morning, noon and night), or once in the morning, after school and before bedtime if you go to school, with 5-8 drops per nostril, adjusting the number of drops appropriately according to the gold standard. It is best to maintain this particular position for 10 minutes after the drops, or at least 5 minutes.
