Is it normal to have high blood pressure of 130 and low blood pressure of 100?

A systolic blood pressure of 130 mmHg and a diastolic blood pressure of 100 mmHg are considered high diastolic blood pressure.
The normal values of blood pressure in normal adults are: high pressure (systolic) 90~139mmHg, low pressure (diastolic) 60~89mmHg. Blood pressure should be measured three times not on the same day without taking medication to control blood pressure, and if the diastolic or systolic blood pressure of either or both exceeds the upper limit of the above criteria, then the diagnosis of high blood pressure is made.
A blood pressure of 130/100 mmHg diastolic exceeds the upper limit of the normal value, and is considered to be high blood pressure. However, the results of only one measurement may be inaccurate and multiple measurements should be taken.
Patients should seek medical attention if they experience elevated blood pressure on multiple occasions.
