EMG RNS refers to repetitive nerve electrical stimulation. Repetitive Nerve Stimulation is a means of checking the function of the neuromuscular junction by recording compound muscle action potentials at the neuromuscular level using ultra-intense repetitive stimulation of God. Under normal circumstances, action potentials fluctuate slightly after continuous stimulation. If there is a significant decrease or increase in action potentials after repeated electrical stimulation, it is considered that the neuromuscular junction is dysfunctional. If the wave amplitude decreases by more than 15% for low-frequency stimulation and more than 30% for high-frequency stimulation, myasthenia gravis is considered. Repetitive electrical nerve stimulation should be used rationally in clinical practice under the guidance of a specialist.
