A black pimple in the perianal folds of a woman may be caused by hemorrhoids, rectal cancer, anal papilloma, condyloma acuminatum and so on.
1. Hemorrhoids: dark purple or purplish-red meatballs may appear around the anus, or they may be blackish. As the disease worsens, the meatballs will get bigger and bigger, and they will be accompanied by pain and itching.
2. Rectal cancer: there may be incomplete bowel movement, pain in the lower abdomen, anal swelling and small bumps.
