Soliloquy cannot be eliminated in a short period of time, but it can be diminished. The patient, while conscious, is alone and immersed in his or her own mental world, which only the patient understands and others cannot understand at all, so that the patient’s thinking is completely isolated from the real world. In clinical practice, the patient can be examined based on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), electroencephalography, genetic screening, and pituitary CT examination. Also, the patient is examined by the Brief Psychiatric Inventory, the Wechsler Memory Test, the Wechsler Intelligence Test, the Minnesota Multiple Personality Inventory, the Trong Depression Self-Rating Scale and the Trong Anxiety Self-Rating Scale.
