Pipecolic acid tablets is a quinolone antibiotic, by acting on the DNA helicase of bacteria, interfering with the synthesis of bacterial DNA, thus leading to the death of bacteria, for gram-negative bacilli such as Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter aerogenes, Proteus vulgaris, Aspergillus chrysogeneticus, Salmonella spp., Shigella spp. and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and so on, it has an antimicrobial effect. Pipecolic acid tablets are clinically indicated for urinary tract infections and bacterial intestinal infections caused by sensitive gram-negative bacilli. Usage: adults is 1 time 0.5 grams, 1 day 1-2 times. Adverse reactions are mainly nausea, belching, epigastric discomfort, loss of appetite, loose stools, constipation and other gastrointestinal reactions, occasionally dizziness, headache. Adverse reactions are relatively mild and can recover on their own after stopping the drug.
