What to do if you get clear blisters on your arms after sun exposure

Sunburned arm transparent blisters are considered to be caused by solar dermatitis, need to take general measures, drug treatment.
1. General measures: the sunburned parts should avoid further exposure to the sun, so as not to cause secondary damage. When blisters appear, they should not be broken without authorization and can be covered with gauze to prevent infection. If the blister is ruptured accidentally, it should be washed with mild soap and water, and saline or petroleum jelly-soaked gauze should be used to apply wet compresses to the affected area to keep the skin clean and dry.
2. Medication:
(1) local treatment: local topical glycerine lotion for mild cases, and topical glucocorticoid cream such as halomethasone cream for slightly heavier cases, or 2.5% indomethacin solution can be used as a wet compress.
(2) Systemic therapy: in mild cases, antihistamines such as loratadine and cetirizine can be used. For severe cases or those with poor efficacy, oral glucocorticosteroids in small doses such as methylprednisolone tablets, aspirin or indomethacin can also be used.
