The ingredients of Yi’an Ning Pills are mainly composed of American ginseng, Cordyceps sinensis, deer antler, Schisandra chinensis, hen’s nest, saffron, panax ginseng, Ganoderma lucidum, snake bile and salvia. In the process of application, the usual dosage for adults is 1-2 times a day, 12-18 capsules a time, served with warm water.
