Thyroid gland 4a would be the stage of cancer

Thyroid grade 4a is not necessarily cancerous, but only has the potential to be malignant, with the likelihood generally ranging from 10-30%. Thyroid nodules with grade 4a are mainly solid nodules with regular shape and no abnormal calcification foci. These nodules are mildly malignant, but the ultrasound probe can be affected by surrounding tissue artifacts, so the results are not completely accurate. The next step is for the patient to undergo a fine needle aspiration under ultrasound guidance in the nail and breast department to further determine the nature of the nodule. Based on the results, the doctor will know the benignity of the nodule and the degree of malignancy, and will choose the appropriate treatment. If the nodule is only benign, regular follow-up and dynamic observation may be taken. Patients are advised not to worry too much, but they need to pay attention, follow the doctor’s instructions strictly and take appropriate treatment measures actively.
