Gastric pain during labor is considered to be gastroesophageal reflux, duodenal ulcer, chronic gastritis, and so on.

2. Duodenal ulcer: the main symptom of duodenal ulcer is epigastric pain during fasting, and prolonged labor and irregular eating will aggravate the symptoms of pain.
3. Chronic gastritis: Chronic gastritis itself can cause epigastric pain, and when doing heavy labor, the secretion of gastric acid will increase, which will aggravate the symptoms of stomach pain.
