Portal hypertension, what to do

The treatment of portal hypertension mainly focuses on the patients with esophagogastric fundal variceal rupture bleeding, splenomegaly, hypersplenism, intractable ascites, etc., which need to be treated according to the actual situation of the patients.

3. Intractable ascites: clinically, it can be treated in various ways, such as peritoneal puncture and drainage, subcutaneous flow of ascites, and so on.
