Effects of Ozagrel

Ozagrel is frequently used in clinical practice, usually for cerebral embolism or cerebral infarction in the acute phase. However, because Ozagrel drug also has some anti-platelet aggregation production effect, it also has a tendency to bleed, so its use must be done under close supervision. It can improve cerebral vasospasm, constriction and concomitant cerebral ischemia after surgery for subarachnoid hemorrhage, so it should only be used actively if the aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, or arteriovenous fistula has been treated significantly. If not treated aggressively, the use of this drug can easily induce re-rupture and bleeding, so caution must be exercised. Theoretically, it can inhibit the aggregation of platelets and dilate blood vessels, so it is important to clarify the trend of the disease and review the head CT regularly to check the changes of the disease. The use of tachyphylaxis is recommended to be under the guidance of a physician.
