Dizziness and lack of wakefulness can be differentiated by the patient’s age, the duration of symptoms, and the presence of other accompanying symptoms. If the patient is young and has a dizzy feeling after having a head MRI to rule out organic lesions, the following factors should be considered: 1) whether it is related to poor rest; 2) whether it is caused by excessive mental stress; 3) whether it is caused by mental factors such as depression and anxiety. Also, consider whether it is caused by a systemic disease, such as whether the patient has anemia. In conclusion, one should visit a hospital after symptoms appear for a thorough analysis and examination.
