The first child was delivered by cesarean section, the second child can still be delivered by cesarean section, but the following conditions must be met: first, the first child was delivered by cesarean section not because the child could not be born, that is, not because of cephalopelvic disproportion to perform a cesarean section, it is possible that the child is lack of oxygen or the umbilical cord is wrapped around the neck for 2 weeks and other circumstances and choose to deliver by cesarean section. Secondly, the thickness of the scar must be met at about 3-4 mm, not too thin. If it is too thin, there is a risk of uterine rupture during the vaginal trial of labor and a cesarean section will be necessary if a normal delivery cannot be performed. Thirdly, the first cesarean section, the incision is not inflammatory crack, that is, the incision heals better and does not rupture easily. Fourth, the second child must also be the right size to be born through the birth canal. Fifth, the child is in good condition in the womb and is not deprived of oxygen. If the contractions are too strong, there is pressure pain in the lower part of the uterus or hematuria, and there is abnormal fetal heartbeat, it means that there may be pre-eclampsia and the pregnancy must be terminated by cesarean section immediately.
