1. Uneven uterine echo, a finding of ultrasound, refers to uneven uterine echo, including uneven cervical echo and uneven uterine body echo. Cervical echogenicity is mostly caused by cervical natriuretic cysts, and uterine wall echogenicity is mostly seen in uterine fibroids and adenomyosis, which are mostly caused by interstitial lesions of the uterine wall.
2. Uneven echogenicity of the endometrium is often seen in endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial polyps, endometritis, endometrial cancer and other diseases.
