1. 2. Surgery: If the effect of drug treatment is not good, surgery can be carried out, which can eliminate the gout stone and also correct the destroyed joints.
3. Life management: usually pay attention to keep warm, avoid cold; and pay attention to rest, avoid exertion; during the recovery period, you can drink more plain water, which is also conducive to the recovery of the condition.
4. Diet management: gout people can eat more alkaline food, such as cabbage, carrots, can alkalize the urine, increase the excretion of uric acid; reduce the consumption of high-purine food, such as sardines, seafood soup, animal offal, which will lead to the body’s blood uric acid level temporarily increased, thus aggravating the condition.
