A 7mm stone lodged in the ureter should be treated with lithotripsy and lithotripsy. Including extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, ureteroscopic lithotripsy, laparoscopic ureterotomy lithotripsy.
1. Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy: if the upper end of the ureter is a stone, most feasible extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Contraindications include ureteral obstruction distal to the stone, pregnancy and so on. Transient hematuria can occur after the operation, usually without special treatment.
2. Ureteroscopic lithotripsy: If the stone is in the middle or lower ureter, ureteroscopic lithotripsy can be used.
3. Laparoscopic ureteral lithotripsy: generally not the first choice. If extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, ureteroscopic lithotripsy lithotripsy failure can be considered.
If the 7mm stone is stuck in the ureter, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time and choose the appropriate way of treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
