At present, China’s HPV vaccine is only open to women, men do not need to be vaccinated against HPV for the time being. HPV vaccine is also known as human papillomavirus vaccine, after the vaccination of HPV vaccine can prevent a variety of high-risk subtypes of human papillomavirus infection organism. When women are infected with high-risk subtypes of HPV, the most important danger is to cause cervical cancer and precancerous lesions, so women of the right age are the main group of people who are vaccinated against HPV in China. Men may also be infected with HPV (less likely), which may cause genital warts and other diseases, but compared to women, the risk of infection and the severity of the diseases caused by infection are much lower than those caused by women, so HPV vaccination is not available for men in China at present.
