If the patient has pain below the waist and above the hip, it may be related to the following causes: 1. This condition may be caused by lesions related to the sacroiliac joint, such as when the patient has sacroiliac arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis, which may cause such symptoms. 2. This condition may be caused by lesions of the hip joint, such as when the patient has ischemic necrosis of the femoral head or osteoarthritis of the hip joint, which may cause such symptoms. 3. 3. This condition is also common in patients with muscle lesions around the hip, such as when patients are overworked or have poor posture, which may cause muscle spasms or a large amount of lactic acid deposition, resulting in pain. 4. This condition may also be related to peripheral nerve lesions, such as when the patient has a lumbar disc herniation, which may cause irritation of the nerve roots and subsequently produce pain here.
