The full name of Minimally Invasive Rotational Excision is Vacuum Assisted Fully Automatic Minimally Invasive Rotational Excision, which is an important technique for breast surgery towards minimization of invasiveness. High-frequency color ultrasound guides the procedure, identifies the lesion, selects a tiny incision of about 3mm in the hidden part of the breast or at the natural texture, the rotary needle enters and attaches to the lesion, cuts it layer by layer, and sucks the lesion out of the body with the rotary needle through negative pressure suction. The entire procedure is displayed on the computer screen and can be completed in 30 minutes in general.
