What happened to the involuntary slight shaking of the head?

If the patient only shows involuntary slight head shaking, it is considered to be caused by idiopathic tremor, which is a relatively common clinical movement disorder, and the patient mainly shows postural or motor tremor of the hands or head. The cause of idiopathic tremor is not very clear, but there is a certain clinical tendency to have a family history in about 2/3 of patients, while some elderly people who have involuntary slight head shaking are worried about whether they have Parkinson’s disease, but in fact the two diseases are completely different. Parkinson’s will show limb tremors, but the limb tremors are manifested as resting tremors, which disappear when the patient falls asleep, and are accompanied by slowed movement, dystonia, and reduced facial expressions.
