There’s a piece of flesh on top of my wisdom tooth that’s tender and hurts. What’s wrong with it?

This condition can be carried out by rinsing the blind pouch with hydrogen peroxide solution, saline or other sterilized solutions, followed by the use of iodized glycerin dotted into the blind pouch. Additional rinses such as compounded borax solution or furacilin solution can be used.
For management of the affected tooth, pericoronary gingivectomy or wisdom tooth extraction is feasible.
