The main manifestation is an increase in urine volume, usually more than 250ml/h for 1-2 hours, with urine specific gravity below 1.005. urosepsis is mainly due to damage to the pituitary stalk during surgery, which can be cured after active treatment. 4. seizures. For patients who develop epilepsy, they need to be treated with oral antiepileptic drugs routinely.5. Cerebrospinal fluid leakage, mainly caused by the dura mater being damaged during surgery.
