Dietary Recommendations for Dementia Patients

2013 American Dietetic Association recommended dietary recipes for people with dementia: 1, limit the intake of saturated and trans fatty acids; 2, staple foods: vegetables, legumes, fruits and whole grains; 3, vitamin E supplementation (50g nuts); 4, vitamin B12 supplementation (fish, chicken); 5, multivitamin (without iron and copper); 6, avoid the use of aluminum pans, baking powder, etc.; 7, aerobic exercise 3 times a week, exercise about 40 minutes of brisk walking.
