Cortical glandular ectasia of the lips is a sebaceous gland disorder due to physiologic variant of sebaceous gland development and sebaceous gland hyperplasia. In the post-pubertal, middle-aged population, more common, the lesion is characterized by anonymous prominent elevation of the skin of the corn size flat papular damage, cluster distribution, no self-conscious symptoms, generally do not need treatment. Because of any treatment, it will cause secondary bacterial infection or scarring. If the patient adheres to the treatment, it can be treated with carbon dioxide laser surgery, but scarring needs attention.
