Reddish and smelly urine may be caused by urinary tract infections, such as cystitis, urethritis, nephritis, etc., and should be seen immediately.
1. Cystitis: Inflammation of the bladder due to bacterial infection, or other non-infectious factors. Patients may show symptoms such as urinary urgency, painful urination, deepening of color, and noticeable odor.

3. Nephritis: may be caused by a variety of reasons, may appear hematuria, proteinuria, edema and other symptoms.
Reddish-smelling urine may also be caused by other factors.
