How to use vitamin E

Vitamin E can be taken orally, injected intramuscularly, or used topically, depending on the disease, different dosage forms and administration methods are needed. For the treatment of habitual abortion, infertility, and cardiovascular diseases, it is usually administered orally 10-100mg once, 2-3 times a day. If it is for the treatment of malabsorption syndrome, it needs to be administered intramuscularly 5-50mg once, once a day. If it is only for the treatment of dry skin, or pruritus caused by seasonal changes, this is the time to use a topical ointment of vitamin E. Take an appropriate amount and apply it to the dry and itchy areas of the skin, and it is better to use the medicine while the skin is not dry after bathing. In addition, in order to avoid burning sensation, do not apply vitamin E on the broken areas of the skin, and avoid contact with the eyes and other parts of the body, such as the mouth, nose and other parts of the drug. Vitamin E may cause skin irritation, such as burning sensation, rash, itching and other side effects, so if this happens, wash off the topical medication. Vitamin E is an adjunctive treatment medicine, so be sure to consult your doctor before using it, and also avoid long-term overdose, and go to the hospital for regular follow-up during the medication.
