How to identify cervicitis in Chinese medicine

Cervicitis belongs to the category of Diseases of the Below the Belt and so on in Chinese medicine. The pathogenesis is deficiency of the liver and kidney, blood depletion and stagnation leading to deficiency of yin and fluid, which is categorized into Liver and Kidney Deficiency and Blood Depletion and Stagnation. In the case of deficiency of the liver and kidney, there is often dizziness and tinnitus, soreness and weakness of waist and legs, warmth of hands and feet, baking heat and sweating, upset and little sleep; in the case of blood stasis and fluid deficiency, there is often pain in the lower abdomen or lesser abdomen, refusing to be pressed, and upset and easily irritated. Zuo Gui Wan and Xiao Ying Decoction were given respectively.
