Whole group paranasal sinusitis, or whole group sinusitis, is sinusitis that occurs in all of the sinuses on one or both sides and can manifest as nasal congestion and pus. The sinuses include the maxillary sinus, sieve sinus, frontal sinus and pterygoid sinus. The whole group of sinusitis refers to one side or both sides of all the sinus mucosa of the inflammatory disease. Its etiology can be mainly related to acute and chronic rhinitis and other nasal diseases, tonsillitis and other infectious foci of neighboring organs. It can be divided into chronic sinusitis and acute sinusitis. Acute sinusitis often manifests as nasal congestion, runny nose, headache or localized pain, olfactory impairment and chills, fever and other systemic symptoms. Chronic sinusitis is often characterized by nasal congestion, runny nose, head and face swelling and pain and fatigue, cough and so on.
