The main action and efficacy of diclofenac sodium extended-release tablets is anti-inflammatory and analgesic, relieving the acute exacerbation of various chronic arthritis or persistent swollen and painful joints, or a variety of soft tissue rheumatic pain. 1. Diclofenac sodium extended-release tablets are anti-inflammatory and analgesic non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, which are mainly used for relieving acute attacks or persistent joint swelling and pain of various chronic arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondyloarthropathies, gouty arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc., or rheumatism pain of various soft tissues, such as shoulder pain, tenosynovitis, as well as primary menstrual cramps, dental pain, headache and other symptoms. 2. Diclofenac sodium extended-release tablets are contraindicated in patients with active peptic ulcers/bleeding, patients with severe heart failure, renal failure and patients with known hypersensitivity to the product. Also contraindicated in patients with asthma, urticaria or anaphylactic reactions induced by aspirin or other NSAIDs. Contraindicated for the treatment of perioperative pain in coronary artery bypass graft surgery. 3.
