Can you eat candy when you’re pregnant?

If a pregnant woman has diabetes before pregnancy itself, she should avoid eating sugar and foods with high sugar content, so as not to affect herself and her fetus.
Pregnant women should have regular checkups during pregnancy to see if their blood sugar, blood pressure and other indicators are normal, and if any abnormalities are found, they should seek medical attention in a timely manner.
