Difference between Chasteberry and Ligustrum

Made Chasteberry enhances the effect of liver and kidney tonic than Chasteberry. Chasteberry can be used for dizziness and tinnitus, premature whitening of hair, internal heat and thirst (internal heat accompanied by symptoms such as excessive eating, drinking and urinating), and so on. Chasteberry is the dried mature fruit of chaste tree in the family of Mulleinaceae, and chasteberry is steamed in wine and stewed in wine. Chasteberry and chasteberry both belong to the liver and kidney meridians, with sweet, bitter and cool medicinal properties, and have the effects of making hair bright and nourishing the liver and kidney, but chasteberry is stronger than chasteberry in nourishing the liver and kidney. Both can be used for deficiency of yin in the liver and kidneys (deficiency of yin in the liver and kidneys), internal heat and thirst, dizziness and tinnitus, tidal fever (a burst of heat, feeling that the heat is coming from inside the bones to the outside), soreness in the lower back and knees, darkness and uncertainty in the eyes, and premature whitening of the beard and hair. Both should be taken with caution in cases of coldness of the spleen and stomach (weak and cold spleen and stomach) and diarrhea, as well as in cases of yang deficiency, where the adverse effects are not yet clear. Please do not use the drug by yourself to avoid adverse reactions.
