How to treat a mild stroke

Mild stroke treatment includes the following aspects: 1. Ischemic stroke: ultra-early, i.e., thrombolytic therapy is considered within 3 hours of the onset of the disease, and after 3 hours, it is conventional treatment, such as antiplatelet aggregation therapy, in order to unclog the blood vessels and reverse the symptoms of stroke; 2. Hemorrhagic stroke: i.e., cerebral hemorrhage, the amount of hemorrhage should be judged at an early stage, and a large hemorrhage requires craniotomy treatment. Medium bleeding volume according to the bleeding site, to determine whether to drill drainage, lateral ventricle drainage and other minimally invasive measures to remove edema. Patients with small amount of bleeding, without obvious symptoms of intracranial hypertension, can consider conservative treatment.
