It mainly treats small cell lung cancer, and is also effective in acute leukemia, malignant lymphoma, testicular tumor, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, gastric cancer, chorioepithelial cancer, ovarian cancer, malignant staphyloma, etc. Adverse reactions are as follows: 1. myelosuppression, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia, etc. This is a dose-limiting toxicity. 2. gastrointestinal reactions, there is obvious nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, etc. 3. skin reactions, hair loss is obvious, but reversible. 4. neurotoxicity, manifested as numbness of hands and feet, etc. Precautions: This product cannot be injected subcutaneously and intramuscularly, and intravenous injection cannot be leaked, otherwise there is a risk of local tissue necrosis.
