If there are localized masses of congestion, edema or severe pain, it may be an acute attack of thrombosed or inflammatory edematous external hemorrhoids. If there is no obvious pain, it is a chronic attack, and you can choose to apply localized Longzhu ointment or hemorrhoid cream to the anus to relieve the symptoms. If the patient has a painful localized mass with congestion, edema and swelling, it may be considered to be an acute attack of thrombosed or inflammatory edematous external hemorrhoids, which can be treated with local fumigation and pressure, or surgical removal. In order to avoid recurrent attacks or aggravation of the condition, it is recommended that the patient must eat a light diet during treatment.
