There are generally no specific signs and symptoms in early stage of nipple cancer, but everyone’s physical quality is different, so there will be some differences in early symptoms. In early stage of nipple cancer, painless lumps can be found at nipple with blurred boundary, no mobility and fast growth. Some of them do not have lumps, but have a dull painful feeling, which can be found by ultrasound and X-ray. Some of the nipples will show fluid overflow. Some will have localized discomfort, especially in menopausal women, with swelling and pain in one breast or soreness and discomfort in one shoulder. A small number of patients have swollen lymph nodes in the armpit as the first symptom.
