What’s wrong with deep breaths and chest pains?

Deep inhalation chest pain may be caused by chest wall injury, pleurisy, pneumonia and other diseases.
1. Chest wall injury: Chest wall injury mainly includes intercostal muscle injury, rib sternum injury, after chest wall injury, due to the patient’s deep inhalation will pull to the chest, the local stimulation will lead to the patient’s deep inhalation chest pain.
2. Pleurisy: deep inhalation chest pain is a symptom of pleurisy. Patients with pleurisy will have obvious pain in the chest, especially after inhaling, coughing, sneezing, the pain will be more serious.
3. Intercostal neuralgia: intercostal neuralgia is caused by thoracic spondylosis, ankylosing spondylitis, viral infection and so on. At the onset of intercostal neuralgia, the pain can be seen from the back to the front, along the corresponding intercostal space radiating in a semi-circumferential shape, the pain is stinging or burning pain. The pain is aggravated by coughing, deep breathing or sneezing.
