Radix Rehmanniae Pill is composed of Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Radix Panax Ginseng, Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng, Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Praeparata, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, and it can be used for treating the symptoms of more severe coldness in the spleen and stomach, or the symptoms of Yang deficiency in the spleen and kidneys, which include diarrhea and vomiting, cold and painful epigastrium (stomach and abdomen that feel cold and painful), coldness in the limbs, and nausea in the stomach and abdomen, or cholera.
