(2), All pregnant women are performed at 24-28 weeks OGTT: 75g glucose tolerance test is mostly used in China. It refers to the oral administration of 75g of glucose after 12 hours of fasting. Its normal upper limit is 5.1mmol/L for fasting, 10.0mmol/L for 1 hour, and 8.5mmol/L for 2 hours, and if one or more of them reaches or exceeds the normal value, gestational diabetes can be diagnosed.
