Symptoms of the first 10 days of pregnancy

Most pregnant women in the 10th day of pregnancy generally have no obvious symptoms. Depending on individual physical quality and work pressure, some women may experience some early pregnancy-related symptoms early, such as menopause, early pregnancy reaction, frequent urination, breast changes, etc. 1. Menopause: It is the earliest symptom of first pregnancy. For women of childbearing age with normal sexual life, if they have regular menstruation, they should be highly suspicious of pregnancy once they have menstruation for more than 10 days (menopause for 10 days). 2.Early pregnancy reaction: women can have early pregnancy reaction after pregnancy due to the change of hormone level in the body, such as coldness, dizziness, weakness of limbs, drowsiness, nausea and vomiting, dislike of greasy and sour food, etc., which mostly appear about 6 weeks after menopause and usually disappear on their own in about 12 weeks; the reaction can be light or heavy due to different physical qualities of individuals; lighter ones can be relieved after paying attention to diet and rest; heavier ones need to go to hospital for rehydration and adjustment. The reaction can be mild or severe depending on individual’s physical quality. 3, frequent urination: In the first pregnancy, the enlarged uterus presses the bladder in front of the pelvic cavity, causing the pregnant mother to urinate, so frequent urination. As the pregnancy lengthens, the enlarged uterus gradually enters the abdominal cavity and the symptoms of frequent urination gradually disappear. 4. Breast changes: pregnant mothers may feel breast swelling and pain, breast volume gradually becomes larger, nipple areola increases, coloring deepens, Montserrat’s nodes (dark brown nodules around the areola) may appear, gynecological examination sexual duplex examination may appear black plus sign (uterine isthmus is extremely soft, feeling that the cervix is not connected to the uterine body). Clinically, the above symptoms are usually not obvious because of the first 10 days of pregnancy. Doctors mainly rely on auxiliary tests to clarify pregnancy and the time of pregnancy: such as qualitative and quantitative determination of blood HCG, vaginal ultrasonography, etc.
