Streptococcus hemolyticus is not usually related to cystitis. Cystitis is not usually caused by gonococcus hemolyticus.
Streptococcus hemolyticus is a member of the genus Streptococcus, and this organism can cause suppurative inflammation of the skin and subcutaneous tissues, outbreaks of epidemic pharyngitis, as well as neonatal sepsis, respiratory infections, scarlet and rheumatic fever, bacterial endocarditis, glomerulonephritis, and other metaplasms.
Cystitis includes bacterial cystitis and non-bacterial cystitis, the former is often caused by bacterial infections such as Escherichia coli, Aspergillus, Klebsiella, Staphylococcus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, etc.; the latter can be caused by chemicals, radiation therapy in the pelvic region, and prolonged injury to bladder tissues by a foreign body that enters the body through the urethra.
Therefore, there is generally no direct relationship between Streptococcus hemolyticus and cystitis. If you are infected with Streptococcus hemolyticus or diagnosed with cystitis, you should actively cooperate with your doctor for treatment.
