Early stage liver cancer cannot be cured by itself. Hepatocellular carcinoma is a malignant tumor of liver, which can hardly be cured on its own. Early stage of liver cancer is recommended to be actively treated by surgery. Currently, the principle of liver cancer treatment is mainly based on surgery and MDT standardized treatment, i.e., hepatobiliary surgery, medical oncology, imaging, pathology and other multidisciplinary departments work together to evaluate the patient’s condition and physical status and formulate a reasonable individualized diagnosis and treatment plan. If the liver cancer is early stage, liver function has not suffered more damage, meets the indications for surgery and has no signs of metastasis and infiltration, it is recommended that the patient should undergo surgery and the postoperative treatment plan should be decided according to the patient’s pathological condition. It is recommended that patients should seek timely medical treatment after diagnosis to avoid delay.
