Second, five positive will become hepatitis B

Two or five positives usually do not become hepatitis B. The so-called two or five positive, refers to the hepatitis B surface antibody positive, hepatitis B core antibody positive, these two positive suggests that the previous infection of hepatitis B virus, is now in the recovery period, and has produced hepatitis B surface antibody, is protective, generally will not be re-infected with hepatitis B. Some cases are in the acute infection period, need to further check HBV-DNA, if HBV-DNA is positive, need to be monitored dynamically. If HBV-DNA is negative, it is usually fine. In some people, the hepatitis B core antibody will subside, and in others it will not, and even if it doesn’t, there is no problem.
