Can you run if you have an arrhythmia?

Arrhythmia can be divided into many kinds, the more common ones are sinus arrhythmia, premature beats and atrial fibrillation, etc. Most of the sinus arrhythmia can run, while atrial fibrillation and frequent premature beats are not recommended to run.
1. Sinus arrhythmia: In most cases, it is a physiological phenomenon, and patients can run normally.
2. Premature beats: they can be categorized into ventricular premature beats and atrial premature beats. If they are occasional premature beats, patients can run, but if they are frequent premature beats, premature dysthymia, premature ternary rhythms, etc., patients are not recommended to run.
3. Atrial fibrillation: For patients with atrial fibrillation, strenuous exercise such as running will aggravate the symptoms of panic disorder caused by atrial fibrillation, so it is not recommended that patients run.
If patients suffer from arrhythmia, they need to go to the hospital and follow the doctor’s instructions to take appropriate treatment and exercise program.
