Increased stool frequency may occur in advanced stage of liver cancer. Late stage liver cancer may cause abdominal lymph node metastasis, which may lead to ascites in serious cases, and when ascites involves the intestines, the number of stools may increase. Cancer itself can metastasize to the intestines, and stimulation of intestinal mucosa can also cause increased frequency of bowel movement, and it may also stimulate the anus, as well as the muscles around the bladder, so that the patient is often accompanied by symptoms of bowel movement. For middle and late stage liver cancer, there are mainly the following symptoms: ①abdominal pain: mainly manifested as persistent or intermittent distension and pain in the right upper abdomen; ②jaundice; ③gastrointestinal symptoms: mainly epigastric distension, nausea, vomiting, lack of appetite, jaundice, diarrhea and so on; ④systemic symptoms: progressive emaciation, fever, malnutrition, malaise and so on; ⑤metastatic symptoms. If any of the above abnormalities occur, it is recommended to go to a regular hospital to evaluate the condition and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment to avoid delaying the condition.
