Eating only carbohydrates (carbohydrates) may result in malnutrition, fatigue and constipation due to an overly homogenous diet.

Carbohydrates mainly provide the body with sugary nutrients. If only carbohydrates are consumed it may lead to malnutrition and weight loss due to the lack of protein and fat supplementation. In addition there may be fatigue, sleep disorders, constipation, memory loss, etc. Women may experience menstrual disorders. So, eating only carbohydrates is an extremely unhealthy lifestyle.
