With the gradual improvement of 3D laparoscopic equipment, more and more minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures have been performed in our hospital. Recently, our general surgery department, surgical anesthesia department and operating room cooperated with each other, and deputy director of general surgery department Jinghai Song and deputy chief physician Gang Zhao completed the first 3D laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy bariatric surgery assisted by robotic arm. 3D laparoscopic bariatric surgery, especially the intraoperative use of robotic arm for mirror assist, is the first time in China, and through the application of advanced medical equipment and surgical techniques, it will ultimately benefit The majority of patients. The 3D laparoscopic device simulates the high-end technology of robotic surgery, and it combines the experience of 2D surgery to bring convenience to the intraoperative operation of many minimally invasive surgical procedures. The magnification of the field of view, microscopic suturing and tube placement have shown great advantages. In particular, the application of the robotic arm can reduce the instability of the supporting mirror, and the operator and assistant can adjust the position of the lumpectomy field by themselves during the operation, which makes the minimally invasive and convenient surgical technology sublimated again. The application of 3D laparoscopy in our hospital is a leading position in Beijing and even in China. With the help of this platform in future medical work, it will enable general surgery to reach a new level in the treatment of minimally invasive diseases.
